Yes, our rooms have heating and also air conditioning that we switch according to the outside temperature. 

We cannot provide extra beds. However, we do have triple or connecting rooms that can accommodate up to 4 people.

Yes, it is possible to bring a guest if you have booked a double room and are traveling alone.

The Eiffel Turenne Hotel does not have balconies, but our rooms have beautiful views.

Our rooms have either a courtyard or street view, depending on the category. 

We can provide you with a baby bed for children under 2 years of age. (Please note: baby beds can be added to all our rooms except the following: Single, Classic and Superior. 

Yes, all our rooms are equipped with a hair dryer.

No, but the lobby is accessible to everyone and you can join your guests there. 

Yes, the Eiffel Turenne Hotel has connecting rooms. 

No, it is impossible to get a refund for a non-refundable offer.

The rate is per room, but you will have to pay a tourist tax of €1.88 per person over 18 years of age, to be paid on arrival. 

If the rate is not a prepayment, payment will be made on arrival. A pre-authorisation for the first night will be blocked (amount withheld, not debited) 4 days before your arrival in our establishment.

This pre-authorisation will be released at check-out and will be available on your bank account between 1 and 5 days after your departure (depending on the time of your bank).

The cards we accept are : Master, Visa, Maestro, American Express and Apple Pay. We also accept cash payments up to a maximum amount of €1500. However, we do not accept cheques. 

Yes, all taxes are included in the room rate, except for the tourist tax at €1.88 per person per night, to be paid upon arrival.

If your booking was made with a third party, please contact them directly (Booking.com, Expedia) to make your booking changes. 

No, the Hotel Eiffel Turenne does not offer smoking rooms. We may ask you to pay a disinfection and cleaning fee of up to 300€ if the ban is broken.
